MCi Career Services is partnering with a well-established client in the manufacturing and logistics industry to recruit Senior Store Specialists (x10). This role offers a gross salary of up to S$4,000 per month with quarterly bonuses, and is available in both East (Changi) and West Singapore.
As a Senior Store Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient store operations, inventory accuracy, and smooth shipments. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced storekeepers or warehouse leads to step into a stable and rewarding position with growth potential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory levels, conduct periodic stock counts, and maintain accurate records
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to established procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store/warehouse
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Assist in training and guiding junior store staff
- Prepare reports on stock movements, order fulfilment, and operational performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics
- Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks (lifting, standing, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts or overtime as per business needs
