Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze structural components for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian and international building codes (BS, ACI, IBC)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with architectural and MEP systems
- Oversee project execution from concept to completion, including site supervision
- Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Resolve complex engineering challenges and optimize designs for efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of structural design experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in structural engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
- Expertise in concrete, steel, and composite structural systems
- Strong knowledge of seismic design principles and wind loading
- Experience with BIM/CAD systems and construction documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
