Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design and analysis of complex building projects from conceptual phase to construction documentation.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all structural designs comply with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and relevant international standards.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform structural modeling and analysis using advanced software (ETABS, SAP2000, or SAFE).
- Review and approve structural drawings and technical specifications for accuracy and constructability.
- Manage project schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structural design within a reputable consultancy firm.
- Professional Engineer (SKK/SKA) certification is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or Robot Structural Analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of local Indonesian building regulations and seismic design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
