Your responsibilities will encompass leading structural analysis, designing reinforced concrete and steel structures, and reviewing detailed engineering documents. You will also conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design intent and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as point person to ensure all relevant safety objectives, legal requirements and compliance on the design specification are observed.
- Lead structural analysis and design of building and infrastructure projects using advanced software tools.
- Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by team members.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
- Stay updated with the latest building codes, regulations, and engineering best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in the Philippines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and industry standards (NSCP, etc.).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with reinforced concrete and steel structure design.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
