In this pivotal leadership role, you will take full technical ownership of complex and high-profile structural designs spanning high-rise residential towers, large-scale commercial complexes, and sophisticated integrated mixed-use developments. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of engineers and BIM draftsmen, fostering a culture of technical precision, innovation, and collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring that all structural designs are not only robust, compliant with stringent local building codes, and safe, but also innovative, cost-effective, optimised for constructability, and delivered strictly on schedule and within budget.
Your daily responsibilities will involve leveraging cutting-edge structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Revit Structures to model structural behaviour, resolve complex engineering challenges, and produce accurate design documentation. Your deep technical expertise will be critical from conceptual and schematic design phases through to detailed engineering, authority submissions, and ongoing construction support. Effective collaboration is paramount to your success; you will work intimately with architects, MEP consultants, main contractors, and prestigious clients, providing authoritative technical guidance and ensuring seamless interdisciplinary project coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design and analysis of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-development projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, structural calculations, and technical specifications.
- Mentor and supervise a team of junior and intermediate engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Liaise with architects, QP(s), contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and optimise structural solutions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction compliance with structural drawings and quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of BIM and advanced structural software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Revit) to enhance design efficiency.
- Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in project management tasks including resource planning, scheduling, and budget control for structural deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognised university.
- Recognised as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) with the relevant local board.
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in structural engineering design, specifically in high-rise building projects.
- Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and Tekla or Revit Structures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore building codes (BCA) and Eurocodes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
