Mills Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading global engineering consultancy to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer. This is a pivotal role focused on delivering complex, high-stakes underground transport infrastructure projects across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region.
In this role, you will lead technical design packages, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve intricate geotechnical and structural challenges. You will be at the forefront of urban development, ensuring that critical transport infrastructure meets the highest safety, efficiency, and sustainability standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design process for major underground transport and civil infrastructure projects.
- Perform complex structural analysis, modeling, and calculations for deep excavations, tunnels, and station boxes.
- Coordinate with geotechnical engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and constructability.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior structural engineers and draftspersons.
- Ensure all designs comply with Singapore's local building codes, LTA standards, and international safety regulations.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and technical documentation with high attention to detail.
- Conduct site inspections and provide engineering solutions to support construction operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in structural design, specifically within civil infrastructure or underground transport projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, Plaxis, or MIDAS.
- Demonstrated expertise in deep excavation support systems and reinforced concrete design.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead project teams and manage client expectations.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within strict budget and timeline constraints.
