Tanggung Jawab
- Memimpin dan mengelola proyek struktural dari perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan
- Mengembangkan desain struktural yang inovatif dan efisien
- Mengawasi tim engineer dan memastikan kualitas pekerjaan sesuai standar
- Bertanggung jawab atas analisis dan perhitungan struktur bangunan
- Bekerja sama dengan tim desain, konstruksi, dan pemeliharaan
- Mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi tantangan teknis dalam proyek
- Melakukan review dan validasi dokumen teknis
- Mempertahankan hubungan baik dengan klien dan stakeholder
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Structural Engineer
- Kemampuan analisis struktural yang kuat dan pemahaman tentang standar desain
- Keahlian dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak struktur (SAP2000, ETABS, dll.)
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
- Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan mengelola proyek
- Kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan kualitas
- Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik (terutama untuk dokumen teknis)
