Join China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd, a leading construction firm, as a Senior Structural Engineer/Coordinator. We're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead structural engineering initiatives for landmark civil and infrastructure projects across Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for large-scale civil/building projects
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Authority regulations and codes
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate project documentation
- Review and approve structural submissions from consultants/contractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in large-scale civil/infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in structural engineering software (ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD)
- Deep knowledge of Singapore building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience in pre-construction and construction phase management
