Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive structural design and analysis for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Develop and certify precise structural calculations in compliance with local Singapore building codes and international standards.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of structural drawings and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and site personnel.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure structural integrity and adherence to approved design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Optimize structural elements to improve construction efficiency, safety, and material cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in structural design, specifically within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis).
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore structural codes (SS EN standards) and building regulations (BCA requirements).
- Proven track record in managing structural workflows from schematic design to construction documentation.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
