In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in the origination, structuring, and execution of complex, multi-commodity finance transactions. You will act as a key strategic advisor, identifying high-potential investment opportunities and developing innovative financial solutions that align with market trends and the bank's risk appetite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the commodities and energy sectors and a proven track record of closing sophisticated deals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk, treasury, and legal, to ensure the seamless execution of transactions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and governance. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of structured finance transactions, from initial origination through to final execution and closing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commodities and energy sectors, leveraging market intelligence.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and structure complex deals to meet specific client needs while mitigating risk.
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis and risk assessment of potential transactions and counterparties.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, key stakeholders, and potential clients.
- Present detailed proposals and investment strategies to senior management and clients, articulating value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with legal, treasury, and risk teams to ensure smooth deal execution and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in structured finance, commodities trading, or investment banking origination.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management frameworks, and commodity price cycles.
- Proven track record of successful deal origination and client relationship management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and Bloomberg terminals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex terms and present to C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
