Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure alignment with production delivery targets.
- Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) tracking to maintain optimal throughput and minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict compliance with DLLI (Dealer Lead Logistics Initiative) and CVA (Customer Value Agreement) standards.
- Develop and mentor team members to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Monitor resource allocation to maximize productivity while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical), Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, heavy equipment, or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of operational compliance, quality assurance protocols, and service delivery workflows.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems (QMS).
