Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily nursery operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Lead and mentor childcare staff through effective team management and training
- Develop age-appropriate educational programs promoting child development
- Monitor children's progress and maintain detailed developmental records
- Coordinate parent communications and family engagement activities
- Manage resources, inventory, and budget allocation efficiently
- Implement quality improvement initiatives based on industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in childcare settings
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and child safety protocols
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Passion for early childhood development and education
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience with curriculum planning and assessment tools
