Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the authorized A4 Chargeman for the facility, ensuring total compliance with all Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations and electrical safety standards.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical installations and high-voltage equipment.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and mentoring to ensure efficient facility upkeep.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime of critical power systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external electrical contractors for system upgrades and repairs.
- Ensure that all electrical work permits and documentation are processed in accordance with legal and company safety requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption trends and propose efficiency improvements to support sustainable operations.
- Respond promptly to electrical troubleshooting and emergency site maintenance requests.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Electrical Chargeman A4 Certificate.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics facility.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian electrical regulations, IEEE standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical distribution issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead onsite teams and liaise with government bodies.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a safety-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in Shah Alam and participate in standby rotations as required by operational needs.
