As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the progress, safety, and quality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across our apartment complexes. This critical role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and project managers.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in English or Mandarin, enabling seamless communication with international partners and team members. - Oversee and monitor the progress, safety, and quality of MEP works in apartment developments
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports to senior management
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely project completion
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to team members
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering supervision, preferably in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies
- Fluency in English or Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively
- Certification in project management or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Banten
