Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance and calibration of plant instrumentation to ensure 100% accuracy and reliability.
- Lead the troubleshooting and repair of complex control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI interfaces.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with the production department to schedule preventive maintenance activities with minimal disruption to output.
- Identify and implement system upgrades or modifications to improve process efficiency and energy consumption.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities, system configurations, and spare parts inventory.
- Analyze equipment failure data and develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Control & Instrumentation within a large-scale manufacturing plant.
- Strong technical proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Omron).
- Extensive experience with DCS, SCADA systems, and field instrumentation (sensors, valves, transmitters).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical workforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure during plant breakdowns.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
