Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs
- Supervise and mentor junior estimators while maintaining quality control of estimation deliverables
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and tender documents to develop comprehensive take-offs and pricing
- Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the estimation process
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical ambiguities and optimize designs for cost efficiency
- Prepare bid documents and participate in client presentations and contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends for construction materials and labor costs to maintain accurate pricing models
- Implement estimation software and digital tools to enhance productivity and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation for civil construction projects
- Proficiency in estimation software such as WinQS, CostX, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., AACE International or similar) preferred
- Experience leading estimation teams and mentoring junior staff
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders
