You will lead the maintenance strategies for our Demineralization (Demin) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water System processes, ensuring water quality meets industry standards while minimizing operational costs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all physical plant facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Manage and optimize the reliability of the plant's water treatment systems, specifically the Demineralization (Demin) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
- Manage maintenance budgets, procure spare parts, and control inventory levels effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with RO and Demineralization water treatment systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and handle high-pressure situations.
- Deep understanding of facility maintenance standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Valid Indonesian driving license.
