Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise tax compliance operations ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations
- Conduct comprehensive internal and external tax audits to identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns accurately and timely
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities while maintaining compliance
- Provide expert tax consulting to business units on financial planning and regulatory matters
- Manage tax accounting processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Mentor and develop tax accounting staff through training and performance management
- Stay updated on tax legislation changes and communicate implications to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in tax accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Valid Brevet A, B, or C certification from Indonesian tax authorities
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM, etc.)
- Proven experience leading tax audits and compliance initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (e.g. SAP Tax, Oracle Tax) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
