NTS Components is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Supply Chain Engineer to join our growing team in Senoko. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient logistics flow, and driving cost reduction initiatives across our manufacturing and distribution network. You will act as a bridge between technical engineering and operational management, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance inventory turnover and streamline production workflows.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead process improvement projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in supply chain management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex supply chain data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce operational costs and improve delivery times.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely receipt of raw materials and components.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and propose sustainable engineering solutions.
- Oversee the tracking of shipments and coordinate with internal departments to resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain supply chain software and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and managing large-scale inventories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
