Adecco is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Supply Chain Executive to join our client's onsite operations team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of inventory management and replenishment strategies, ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external clients.
This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of logistics workflows within a high-stakes industrial environment. You will play a key role in optimizing replenishment cycles, monitoring inventory health, and providing top-tier customer operations support. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.
- Execute replenishment strategies to meet tight production schedules in an Oil & Gas environment.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer operations, addressing inquiries and resolving supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory movement, vendor performance, and order status for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all onsite operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or logistics coordination.
- Proven track record in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
- High level of analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on-site in the West Region.
