Join Adecco as a Senior Supply Chain Executive and lead critical operations in the dynamic oil & gas industry. This onsite role is pivotal in ensuring seamless inventory management, efficient replenishment processes, and robust stakeholder coordination. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain, optimizing processes to meet the demands of the oil & gas sector. Your expertise will directly contribute to the reduction of operational costs, improvement of delivery times, and enhancement of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex logistical challenges.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary of $4,000 to $4,500, AWS (Additional Wage Supplement), and a performance bonus. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment strategies for oil & gas operations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage customer operations, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement supply chain policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Proven track record in inventory management and replenishment processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
