- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for aerospace MRO capital equipment, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and quality standards
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure service level agreements
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to align supply chain activities with MRO requirements
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within aerospace or MRO sector
- Proven expertise in capital equipment management and spare parts logistics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and import/export procedures
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams
