This pivotal role demands strategic leadership to optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency and innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will spearhead initiatives to streamline procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while ensuring cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier relationships, implement robust forecasting models, and mitigate supply chain risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management
- Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse operations
- Optimize logistics and distribution networks for cost and efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using KPI analysis
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and mentor the supply chain team to drive performance
- Coordinate with production, sales, and finance departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of supply chain experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS) preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
