Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale logistics projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
