Golden Acres Food Service Corporation is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will leverage dataâdriven insights to shape our supply chain strategy, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory across our distribution network.
You will work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to customers, while maintaining high service levels and cost efficiency. Your expertise in statistical forecasting, inventory modeling, and KPI reporting will be key to driving continuous improvement and supporting executive decisionâmaking.
Key responsibilities include developing demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing supply chain metrics, and implementing planning tools that enhance visibility and performance. You will also be responsible for communicating insights to senior leadership and championing projects that streamline processes and reduce waste.

- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and collaborative inputs.
- Optimize inventory levels across distribution centers to balance service levels and cost.
- Perform data analysis on supply chain metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Implement and monitor planning tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Support crossâfunctional projects for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership on supply chain performance and trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to be based in IbayoâTipas, Metro Manila.
