Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and streamline daily administrative support services to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high quality of service.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and administrative documentation with high precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding support service metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the office environment.
  • Mentor junior support staff and facilitate knowledge sharing across the department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or office operations, preferably in an IT/BPO setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven track record of improving operational processes and driving team performance.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our Ortigas office location.
