Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level servers, virtualization environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Ensure security compliance and implement robust security measures across all IT systems
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and system upgrades
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix systems, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Linux+, CCNA) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience in healthcare IT environment is a plus
