Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications for healthcare applications.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of hospital information systems (HIS) and clinical support tools.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and department heads to identify process improvement opportunities through IT solutions.
- Oversee system testing, debugging, and deployment phases to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for enterprise software and hardware systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support staff.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures, user manuals, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all systems adhere to stringent healthcare data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or enterprise application support.
- Proven track record of managing healthcare-related projects (e.g., EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, system integration methodologies (HL7, FHIR), and database management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
- Experience working within a regulated environment, preferably with an understanding of Singapore healthcare IT compliance.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
