Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable system solutions using C# and JavaScript
- Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for system enhancements
- Provide Level 2/3 support for critical applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge repositories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as System Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript development frameworks
- Experience with system analysis methodologies (UML, BPMN)
- Strong database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSD, TOGAF) preferred
