Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for Global PayPlus v4.6 implementations
- Customize, configure, and maintain Finastra's Global PayPlus system to align with client-specific payroll processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR, finance, and timekeeping systems
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of system changes and upgrades
- Provide expert-level user training and technical support for Global PayPlus modules
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and system security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Global PayPlus version 4.6 by Finastra
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven track record in system analysis, requirements gathering, and implementation
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and system integration methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Finastra products or related systems highly desirable
