Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end BI solution implementation including requirements analysis, design, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models
- Optimize ETL processes and data warehouse structures for performance and scalability
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Document technical specifications and provide user training for BI tools
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in BI system analysis and implementation
- Expert proficiency in SQL and database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements
- Proven stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
