Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Develop and enforce security policies, manage firewalls, and conduct regular security audits to protect sensitive data.
- Lead system upgrade and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate IT systems with production equipment and software.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, and mentor junior engineers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
