Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing on SCADA and automation systems.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to critical infrastructure.
- Monitor security systems, respond to security incidents, and conduct forensic analysis when necessary.
- Configure and manage network security devices such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access solutions for industrial networks.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into project lifecycles.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies affecting OT/ICS environments.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant exposure to SCADA, ICS, OT environments, and critical infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing security systems for industrial automation and control systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, DNP3).
- Proficiency with various cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, network access control (NAC), and data diodes.
- Relevant industry certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills.
