Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end integration of complex hardware and software systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to validate system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of integrated systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration reports, user manuals, and configuration logs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor system performance post-deployment, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in system integration, testing, or deployment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex hardware/software interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with system integration tools, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, INCOSE) are considered an asset.
