Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations) of critical payment and monetary management systems.
- Drive technical solutioning, system enhancements, and architectural improvements to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Oversee project execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for system development and integration initiatives using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, business users, and external vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Implement and enforce robust operational processes, incident management, problem management, and change management procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with MAS regulatory standards and best practices for financial technology systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Actively participate in strategic planning for future system capabilities, adopting design thinking to innovate and optimize system functionalities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in system management, operations, or IT project delivery, with significant exposure to payment systems, financial technology, or critical banking infrastructure.
- Demonstrable experience in leading the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and design thinking principles.
- Familiarity with various payment rails (e.g., FAST, MEPS+, SWIFT) and an appreciation for the complexities of monetary management systems.
- Proficiency in managing high-availability systems, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
