Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of critical payments and monetary management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure system resiliency, security, and compliance with national and international financial regulatory standards.
- Oversee system upgrades, integration projects, and infrastructure migration to optimize performance.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Perform regular risk assessments and manage incident responses to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- Drive innovation within the payments space by evaluating emerging technologies and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in system management, application development, or IT infrastructure within the financial services sector.
- Deep domain knowledge of payment systems (e.g., RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022 messaging standards).
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and cross-functional teams in a contract or enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business requirements and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and financial data privacy regulations is highly desirable.
