Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of critical trade systems and related infrastructure supporting MAS's reserve and risk management functions.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot system enhancements, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal system functionality, stability, and security posture.
- Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, risk management teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, operational procedures, and robust disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure stringent compliance with MAS's IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all aspects of system administration.
- Actively participate in incident management, problem resolution, and conduct thorough root cause analysis for system-related issues, implementing preventive measures.
- Proactively identify and recommend areas for system improvement, automation, and efficiency gains to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in system administration, system management, or IT operations, with a significant focus on critical financial systems.
- Proven track record of managing and supporting trade systems, market data platforms, or risk management systems, preferably within a banking, financial institution, or central bank environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server), virtualization technologies, databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), and networking principles.
- Familiarity with financial instruments, trading workflows, and key risk management concepts is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation, system monitoring, and task simplification.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, MCSA, RHCSA) are a plus.
