We are currently seeking a Senior System Manager, Reserve & Risk Management (Contract) to oversee the technical operations and enhancements of our core trade and risk management systems.
In this key position, you will be responsible for the entire system lifecycle, from requirement gathering and architectural design to deployment and maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management and maintenance of Reserve & Risk Management systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Oversee system architecture design, implementation, and upgrades for complex trade processing modules.
- Collaborate closely with risk management and treasury teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party IT providers for seamless system integration.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict security protocols, data protection laws, and MAS regulatory standards.
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in System Management, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS regulations, Basel standards).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#) and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with enterprise system integration and middleware technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Cloud certifications are a strong advantage.
