We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator (Active Directory) to join our growing team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be the primary technical expert for our Active Directory infrastructure, including domains, forests, group policies, DNS, and DHCP. You will lead identity and access management initiatives, ensuring stringent security and compliance standards are met across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to system optimization, and the ability to manage complex migrations and upgrades.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain the global Active Directory infrastructure (domains, OUs, sites, trusts, Group Policies).
- Administer Windows Server environments, including DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.
- Lead identity and access management (IAM) operations, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and security audits.
- Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and ensure high availability of critical directory services.
- Automate routine administrative tasks and system configurations using PowerShell scripts.
- Manage hybrid identity solutions, integrating on-premises AD with Azure Active Directory.
- Provide Tier 3/4 support for complex system issues and act as an escalation point for junior administrators.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure projects, patching cycles, and disaster recovery planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in Active Directory.
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Strong experience with Azure AD Connect, Microsoft 365 administration, and Enterprise Application integrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, MCSE, MCSA) are highly preferred.
