Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise application deployments, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as a primary consultant to business units to identify operational pain points and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Manage and evaluate third-party vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Design and oversee the architecture of enterprise system integrations to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying legacy system bottlenecks and implementing modern, automated solutions.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide expert-level support during post-implementation phases.
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with corporate IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and data protection regulations.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, IT project management, or enterprise application support.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM are highly advantageous.
- Experience in the maritime, logistics, or supply chain industry is a significant plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
