Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization platforms
- Provide tier-3 technical support for critical systems and complex user issues
- Implement security protocols, patches, and compliance measures across all systems
- Monitor system performance and capacity to ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Document IT systems, processes, and knowledge base articles
- Lead infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, and cloud integrations
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration and network management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- ITIL foundation certification or equivalent IT service management knowledge
- Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
