Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily IT Infrastructure/Operations support covering systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security protocols across distributed environments
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to resolve complex technical issues and user support requests
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and system backup procedures
- Document system configurations, processes, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or IT operations
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure components
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer preferred
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
