Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows and Linux server infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across production environments
- Implement and manage cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal downtime
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or administration
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server and Linux server environments
- Strong background in networking, firewalls, and security protocols
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shift schedule and flexible to support critical systems
