M&J Supply Chain Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Systems Engineer to oversee and maintain our ISO 9001 and QC080000 Quality Management Systems in Johor Bahru. In this critical role, you will ensure our global supply chain practices adhere strictly to international standards of quality, environmental safety, and compliance.
You will play a pivotal role in leading compliance audits, managing document control, and driving environmental initiatives such as RoHS and REACH tracking. Additionally, this position acts as a key technical liaison with our China Headquarters, requiring seamless cross-border communication. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's ISO 9001 and QC080000 Quality Management Systems.
- Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits, and coordinate preparation for external/third-party certification audits.
- Manage end-to-end document control procedures, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are continuously updated.
- Oversee hazardous substance management compliance, specifically managing RoHS, REACH, and other environmental declarations.
- Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracking and reporting to resolve non-conformances and process bottlenecks.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on QMS compliance, ISO standards, and quality processes for internal staff.
- Liaise and coordinate directly with the China Headquarters to ensure cross-border standard alignment and metrics reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, or Chemical) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Systems Quality Engineering or QA/QC Management.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and/or QC080000.
- Strong background in global environmental standards including RoHS, REACH, and WEEE regulations.
- Proven track record of managing CAPA processes and conducting root-cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
- Professional-level communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with China HQ teams.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and administrative organization capabilities.
