We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Systems Engineer (L3/L4 Generalist) to join our Managed Services team. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide L3/L4 technical support for Windows/Linux systems, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across enterprise environments
- Implement system configurations, patches, and security hardening protocols
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless managed services
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Act as primary technical escalation point for junior engineers and client teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering or MSP environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise networking
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+ preferred
- Proven experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing support role
