Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain 24/7 global data platform infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with scientific teams to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, servers, and storage solutions
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
- Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and expansions
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for data protection
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and end-users
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with focus on managed infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and cloud technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with scientific computing environments and high-performance computing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, AWS, Azure) would be advantageous
