Tangspac Consulting is currently seeking a high-caliber Senior Systems Engineer (Wintel) to join a premier financial services firm located in the heart of Raffles Place. This is a critical role within an enterprise-scale environment where you will lead the charge in managing, optimizing, and automating a robust Windows server infrastructure.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on technical execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of server environments, from initial builds and migrations to ongoing Tier 3 support. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where precision and efficiency are paramount. You will leverage your expertise in PowerShell to drive automation, reducing manual overhead and ensuring the stability of mission-critical financial systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain high-availability Windows Server infrastructure (2016/2019/2022) within an enterprise environment.
- Develop and implement advanced PowerShell scripts to automate routine system administration tasks and server provisioning.
- Manage and optimize Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services to ensure seamless identity and access management.
- Lead complex server migration projects, hardware refreshes, and OS upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for critical infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement hardening standards, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor system performance trends and perform capacity planning to support the firm’s growth trajectory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in Wintel/Windows Systems Engineering.
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server environments and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven track record of using PowerShell for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
- Direct experience working within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or a similarly regulated environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of virtualization platforms, specifically VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
