Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize VMware vSphere environments, including virtual machine provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Administer Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Oversee system build and deployment processes to streamline IT operations and reduce manual errors.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security alerts to prevent downtime and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and improve IT service delivery.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports for knowledge management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Windows System Administration.
- Strong proficiency in system build, deployment, and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible).
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and storage solutions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in a healthcare or enterprise IT environment is a plus.
