Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review detailed financial statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax laws, including VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh) regulations.
- Liaise effectively with tax authorities and external auditors during inspections or audits.
- Manage general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to management to optimize tax liabilities.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on tax procedures and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Tax and Accounting roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., UU HPP, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
