Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of corporate accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including timely preparation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN (e-Faktur).
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during inspections or audits.
- Perform comprehensive tax planning to optimize tax liabilities while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of bank statements, and fixed asset registers.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to management to facilitate effective decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in tax and general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred.
- Advanced technical skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
